Our STCW BST refresh course bundle is approved by Liberia, an IMO white listed flag and a Party of the STCW convention.
Malta accepts certificates for STCW BST that are issued by Training Centers approved by a Party of the STCW convention.

Furthermore, you should check if the course is accepted by your employer as your employer may have specific requirements.
